Booking, quoting and the deposit
There is no price list. Each piece is quoted from the reference you send, the size in centimetres and the placement on your body, and the estimate is agreed on WhatsApp before any date is held.
A booking is confirmed when a 40% deposit of the agreed estimate has been paid, not when you send the first message. The remaining 60% is paid at the end of the session, in cash or by bank transfer.
The deposit is non-refundable if the session is cancelled. It pays for the drawing time before the session and for a slot that was held for you and turned away from somebody else. If you need to move the date, tell us as early as you can and we will move the deposit with it where the schedule allows.
If the piece changes on the day
If you change the design, the size or the placement on the day, the estimate is re-agreed with you before any work starts, never afterwards.
Where the session happens
The artist works at your villa, hotel room or guesthouse, indoors, in a room that can be closed, with a table, a chair, a power socket and space to set up. Please check with your hotel or landlord before the date, and send a map pin rather than a street name. If the room is not usable when we arrive, we will try to solve it with you, but the slot may have to move.
Age, ID and condition
- Minimum age 18, with photo ID. No exceptions.
- We do not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and we will end a session if that becomes clear.
- Tell us before the date if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take blood thinners, are diabetic, have a heart condition, keloid scarring, a skin condition or any allergy including to latex or metals.
- We do not tattoo over sunburn, open wounds, infected skin, or moles.
Cover-ups and existing work
Cover-ups are assessed from daylight photos and confirmed in person. Some pieces cannot be covered cleanly without laser sessions first, and we will say so rather than take the booking.
Healing, aftercare and touch-ups
You get written aftercare before the artist leaves. How a tattoo heals depends on your skin and on following that aftercare, and neither is something we control, so no healed result can be guaranteed. Send healing photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether a touch-up is worth doing. Signs of infection are a doctor, not a message to us.
Cancellation and no-shows
Tell us as early as you can and we will move the date where the schedule allows. A cancelled session, a late cancellation or a no-show means the 40% deposit is not returned.
What we are responsible for
The artist is responsible for the work, the equipment and the hygiene of the setup. If something goes wrong through our fault, tell us straight away and we will make it right. We are not responsible for a result affected by aftercare that was not followed, by swimming, sun or sport during healing, or by a health condition you did not tell us about.
