02 Styles
Four kinds of work, drawn one person at a time.
Nothing is picked off a wall. You send a reference and the artist draws for you — these are the four registers the work sits in, and what each one suits.
If an idea needs a specialism this artist does not have, you are told that instead of being sold a booking.
03 Quoting
No price list. Every piece is quoted from yours.
Size, detail, placement and sitting time decide what a tattoo costs, and they are different for everybody. So the number comes after the artist has seen what you want, never before.
How a price happens
- 01
Message on WhatsApp
One message starts it, in English or Indonesian — whichever you are quicker in. No form, no waiting for office hours.
- 02
Send the reference, the size and the placement
A photo or drawing of what you want, the size in centimetres, and the body part it goes on. Those three things are what an estimate is made of; without them nobody can give you a real number.
- 03
The artist replies with an estimate
You get a price estimate for that piece and the sitting time it needs. Ask anything you want before you commit — nothing is booked until you say yes.
Booking & deposit
Confirmed with a 30% deposit.
- To confirm
- 30% of the agreed estimate
- On the day
- The remaining 70%, after the session
- If you cancel
- The deposit is not refunded
The deposit is non-refundable because it pays for the drawing time before the session and for a slot that was held for you and turned away from somebody else. If the date has to move, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can.
04 The session
What happens in your room.
The artist arrives with everything the session needs and leaves with everything it used. Four steps, the same every time.
- 01
The artist arrives and looks at the room
A table, a chair without arms, a socket and a door that closes. If the light is poor, a lamp comes out of the bag. Terraces and poolsides are not used, however good the view is.
- 02
The setup is built in front of you
The work surface is covered with fresh barrier film, the machine and cord are wrapped, and needles and cartridges are opened sealed while you watch.
- 03
Stencil, then a mirror
The design goes on as a stencil first so you can check size and placement in a mirror and move it as many times as you like. Nothing starts until you are happy with where it sits.
- 04
Tattoo, wrap, aftercare
You take breaks whenever you want. Afterwards the piece is cleaned and wrapped, you get written aftercare, and a WhatsApp thread stays open for healing photos.

06 Questions
Asked before a first session.
If your question is not here, send it on WhatsApp. The artist answers in Indonesian or English.
01 How much does a tattoo cost?
Price is by request. The work varies too much for a list to be honest about it, so nothing is priced on this site. Send a reference photo or drawing, the size in centimetres and the placement on your body, and the artist replies with an estimate for that piece.
02 How is a booking confirmed, and is there a deposit?
Once the design, the size and the date are agreed, the booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit; the remaining 70% is paid at the end of the session. The deposit is non-refundable if the session is cancelled, because it pays for the drawing time and for the slot that was held for you.
03 How do you keep a hotel room or villa sterile?
The same way a studio does. Needles and cartridges come sealed and single-use and are opened in front of you, the work surface is covered with a fresh barrier film, grips and machine are wrapped, and everything used goes home with the artist in a sharps container. Nothing is reused between clients, ever.
04 Will my hotel or villa allow this?
Most private villas and long-stay guesthouses are fine with it, and many hotels are too if you ask reception first rather than after. What is needed is a table, a chair, a power socket and good light. Ask before you book the date, and tell us what they said so we can bring what the room is missing.
05 How far ahead should I book?
The more notice the better, because a custom design has to be drawn before the session. Send the idea, the size in centimetres and the placement as early as you can, and we will tell you the first date that works.
06 How long does a session take?
A small fine line piece is often under an hour; a larger black and grey piece can run several hours or be split across sittings. You are told the expected sitting time together with the estimate, not on the day.
07 Does it hurt?
It is uncomfortable rather than unbearable, and it depends heavily on placement: ribs, sternum, ankles and the inside of the arm are sharper than an outer forearm or a thigh. Eat beforehand, skip alcohol, and say when you need a break — breaks cost nothing.
08 What about aftercare and touch-ups?
You get written aftercare before the artist leaves, plus a WhatsApp thread to send healing photos to. Small touch-ups on a healed piece are discussed case by case; how skin heals in a humid climate is not something anyone can promise in advance.
